We are proud to offer a 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee. Buy something and if it falls short of your expectations bring it back. We want you to be happy; it is as simple as that! For the safety of our customers, climbing gear is not returnable for any reason. We provide a FedEx Return Label and Return Form for convenient returns. We will deduct a flat $8 fee from your refund total if our Return Label is used. You may use your own carrier of choice as well. $8 flat fee is waived for exchanges. We have attached a Return Form within this article if you have lost your original.


Return Policy Exclusions


  • Orders returned within 15 Days past our 60 Day Return Policy will be refunded to a Digital eGift Card for the current Sale Value of the product on the date received.
  • Orders returned over 15 Days past our 60 Day Return Policy will not be accepted.
  • Offer valid only on orders placed at alabamaoutdoors.com
  • Offer is limited to on-hand merchandise, is non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash.
  • Offer limited to U.S. lower 48 state addresses only.
  • Offer does not apply to oversized items or items weighing over 15 pounds. A flat fee of $10 will be deducted from the refund total in these cases. (e.g YETI coolers, crash pads, etc.).
  • For the safety of our customers, climbing gear is not returnable for any reason.
  • Products discounted 50% or greater from their original retail price – all sales of these items are final.
  • All electronics are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. 


Online Returns

  • Item(s) purchased online can be returned to our online department or at one of our Alabama Outdoor retail locations within 60 days of purchase.
  • Item(s) purchased within an Alabama Outdoors retail store must be returned in-store within 60 days of purchase.
  • Item(s) purchased online must be returned and received by the online returns department within 60 days of purchase.
  • You must have an original ticket receipt and a completely filled out Return Form to complete your return. Returns missing these items will be sent back to the customer and not accepted.
  • Please complete our Return Form in detail and place it in the package you are returning to the Alabama Outdoors Returns Department.
  • If you would like, use the enclosed return shipping label and drop your return into any US Postal Service box, including your home mailbox. If a return shipping label was not enclosed, simply contact our Customer Service at 1-800-870-0011 to have one sent to you. Please keep the SmartPost tracking number on your enclosed shipping label for your records.
  • A flat fee of $8 will be deducted from the refund total if our return label is used. You may ship your return back using your own carrier method of choice.
  • The item(s) being returned must be enclosed in a sleeve or box. If the item(s) is not enclosed in a sleeve or box, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. 


Online Exchanges

  • For the fastest service with more inventory availability, simply go online and order the product you want or call 1-800-870-0011 to place a new order by phone or contact us on Live Chat. We’ll ship your new item quickly and refund your return when we receive it.
  • We cannot send out exchanges until purchased first or we receive your return.


Gift Returns

  • Gifts can be returned at any of our Alabama Outdoors retail locations for free.
  • Please contact Customer Service at 1-800-870-0011 or via our Live Chat to have a Return Form emailed to you.
  • Gift refunds will be issued as an eGift Card within 24 hours of us receiving your returned item(s).
  • A flat $8 fee will be deducted from this total if you request us to send a Return Label.


Returns In-Store

  • The Alabama Outdoors retail stores will accept returns or exchanges of merchandise within 60 Days of original purchase date. 
  • You must have the original receipt or packing slip from Alabama Outdoors for a full refund, credit or exchange. 
  • Returns will be credited to the original form of payment. The original card and card holder must be present to receive credit back to the card. 
  • A store credit will be issued if the original purchaser and card are not available. 
  • Returns without the original receipt will receive a merchandise exchange at the lowest selling price of the item(s) with management approval.
